NORTH DEVON SHOW - CANCELLED

At 10am this morning, the Executive of the North Devon Agricultural Society met to consider whether to proceed with this years show.

Recent wet weather and predicted heavy rainfall on Wednesday means that we had to consider the safety of our Exhibitors and Visitors, given the current state of the show site.

Therefore, with regret, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel this years Show.

Gutted, as I've been working for weeks towards this, making things that I wouldn't normally create, in order to fit with the theme of the show. Sad for those who run small businesses and farms, who rely heavily on this type of event for their sole income. Such a let down for all those involved. Heyho, moving on... 

  

North Devon Show - Aug 2nd

I have been creating a large collection of cushions in preparation for the North Devon Show, which takes place this Wednesday - August 2nd. 

I have used vintage tapestries and embroideries of country themed images, combined with beautiful vintage floral fabrics, making each one a unique piece.

I shall also be taking other hand crafted items, as well as vintage goods that follow in the theme of country living.

Fore Street Flea - Exeter

I've just added an extra date to my fairs calendar and shall be offering some of my wares for sale at the upcoming Fore Street Flea in Exeter on July 23rd.
